The Cowboys and Virgins series contains instant love, Alpha Cowboys and sweet women who can’t wait to be captured by the cowboy. ~ Paige, Guilty Pleasures
Branding the Virgin
Mary-Jane wasn’t looking for drama. All she wanted was a family of her own, so she decided to make that happen. A mix-up at the sperm bank leaves her with a baby in her belly, but the father is none the wiser.
Ty was injured in a bull-riding accident, and now all he plans on doing is working on his ranch and keeping to himself. That is, until a little dark-haired woman shows up on his doorstep.
When their paths cross, will Mary-Jane be able to reveal to Ty that he’s the father? Will Ty be able to keep Mary-Jane from running? Will there be a lot of steam in this book? You betcha!
Warning: This pregnant virgin story is wonderfully ridiculous and just as sweet as it sounds. Saddle up and take an evening stroll with this easy quickie.
Roping the Virgin
Blake Jennings has always wanted what his parents had: a sweet, simple love that lasts a lifetime. And when he meets Luciana, he knows she’s the one.
Luciana Salazar comes from a tight-knit family that pushes her to follow her dreams. When she takes a job on the Braided Rope Ranch, the last thing she expects is to fall in love with its owner, the dark-haired man she’s seen watching her in town.
Roping the Virgin is over-the-top sweet, with a heaping scoop of sexy steam. Blake sweeps his Luciana off her feet and gives her the life she’s always dreamed of.
Warning: Ridiculous is almost close enough to describe this irresistible short story. Come back to the Jennings farm and pull up a rocking chair. You’ll like the way they treat you.
The Wanted Virgin
Trace Jennings was the brother who most enjoyed his time alone. He never thought about spending the rest of his life with someone, until he found her on his ranch.
Addison Becket is on the run. She’s finally eighteen and able to break free of her father’s control, but taking off on a stormy night landed her in a stranger’s bed.
Trace is everything Addison dreamed of and more, and neither of them has the urge to let go. Can love at first sight truly exist? And will it be enough to keep them together while others try to tear them apart?
Please. This is an Alexa Riley hero. She’s not going anywhere.
Warning: This short story is filthy good, with co-dependency at its peak! These two people are absolutely crazy, and it if wasn’t so sweet, it would be certifiable. Go ahead and suspend your reality while you float away with this cloud of ridiculous!
The Virgin Cowboy
Dolly Jennings has wanted one man since she was sixteen, but he’s kept her at arm’s reach. Time has passed and she’s all grown up now, with a body that he can’t ignore.
Brandon Knight has wanted Dolly for longer than he should have, but he thought she deserved someone better. No longer able to control his desires, he’s giving up on staying away, and claiming his woman.
When Brandon finally gives in, can he prove himself worthy of Dolly? Will Dolly throw sass and southern sayings all over the place?
Warning: This short story is packed full of big hair, big attitude, and big curves. Dolly holds her own, but the hero always ends up on top. *slow wink* Grab your boots and cowboy hat… We’ve got a couple of cherries to pop!
Alexa Riley writing duo is one of my favorites. They make no excuses for their Alpha males and the virgins who love them. The stories are quick read but I always end up smiling in the end and looking for more.
The Cowboys and Virgin series focuses around the Jennings siblings and how they each fell for their partners.
They can be read as a standalone but their stories intertwine with the others. Since each book is less than 100 pages all 4 can be read in one sitting.
Branding the Virgin – This is the first of the series about the eldest brother. It does a good job setting the scene for the other cowboys and sets the tone of the series.
Ty is surly and has been dealt a huge blow when he is injured while bull-riding. He’s going through the motions of living but his siblings are getting concerned. That is until Mary-Jane walks into his ranch. She’s looking to confront Ty on her recent development. They pair is adorable with each other. They both realize that denying their feelings is futile. Why fight their chemistry?
Roping the Virgin – Blake and Luciana’s story was my favorite. Blake would see Luciana in town and knew she was the one. Blake realized his dream was coming true when she gets a job at his ranch. I liked the connection that this couple had not only in the bedroom but outside as well. Luciana was a strong female lead that proved she could match Blake and his demands.
The Wanted Virgin – We were introduced to this couple in the last book and in the Wanted Virgin we finally find out who Trace is hiding. This is age gap romance between Trace and Addison contained a lot of sweetness. Trace hides from his family but comes to life when he finds Addison. She runs away from home and finds herself in the arms of Trace who will stop at nothing to keep her safe.
The Virgin Cowboy – We are introduced to Dolly and Brandon in the other books but we are finally given their story. This couple has circled around their feelings for years. Brandon is friend with the family but is reluctant to make Dolly his. Dolly, however, makes it know to everyone that Brandon is her baby daddy. He better get on board quickly as she’s not holding her feelings for him back. Dolly was a Alpha as her brothers. She wasn’t going to let Brandon get away.
