Review – Craving Trix: The Aces’ Sons by Nicole Jacquelyn

A new breed of The Aces MC…a great introduction to the series. It’s nice to see the next generation come into their own. Can’t wait for the next installment. ~ Ashley, Guilty Pleasures

PrintDescription:
Bellatrix White had loved Cameron Harrison for as long as she could remember. He was her best friend and her closest confidant, and she knew one day he’d be her forever.

Then he broke her heart.

After five years of complete silence between them, the motorcycle club they grew up in comes under attack, giving Cam the opportunity he needs to work his way back into Trix’s life.

Because while Trix was nursing her broken heart, Cam was realizing exactly what he’d given up.

They fall into a relationship easily, but when new tragedies mix with old memories, neither of the lovers are prepared for the fallout.

Book one of the Ace’s Son Series is a contnuation of The Ace’s Series with the children of the Ace’s atruegemawardMC all grown up. Trix and Cam have been best friends since they were little. She has always loved him and he didnt realize that his protectiveness went deeper. They have had their ups and downs but now Cam isn’t taking no for an answer. I do recommend reading Craving Constellations which is Trix’s parents book for background but this can be read as a standalone.

I was glad that the story touched back on what happen to Trix when she was a child. It would have been easy to forget it but it explains her actions when dealing with Cam. For Trix, while she loved Cam, she didnt realize what that meant in having a mature, grown up relationship.

This book had so much emotion. I wanted to shake Trix and Cam at different points in the story. They were both so immature and unwilling to listen to each other. It took a tragedy in the MC for Trix at least to deal with the baggage of her childhood which was the best for her and Cam.
Overall, a great introduction to the series. It’s nice to see the next generation come into their own. Can’t wait for the next installment.
