This book starts out full throttle and delivers one hell of an intense ride until you reach the last page. ~ Guilty Pleasures
Description:
Marie doesn’t need a complication like Horse. The massive, tattooed, badass biker who shows up at her brother’s house one afternoon doesn’t agree. He wants Marie on his bike and in his bed. Now.
But Marie just left her abusive jerk of an ex-husband and she’s not looking for a new man. Especially one like Horse—she doesn’t know his real name or where he lives, she’s ninety percent certain he’s a criminal and that the “business” he talks with her brother isn’t website design. She needs him out of her life, which would be a snap if he’d just stop giving her mind-blowing orgasms.
Horse is part of the Reapers Motorcycle Club, and when he wants something, he takes it. What he wants is Marie, but she’s not interested in becoming “property of”.
Then her brother steals from the club. Marie can save him by giving Horse what he wants—at home, in public, on his bike… If she’s a very, very good girl, she’ll get lots more of those orgasms only he can offer, and he’ll let her brother live.
Maybe.

Joanna Wylde is a new author for me. With this single story, she has captured my heart and has gained a new fan for life. She has a unique and original writing style that grabs your attention and pulls you under deep and fast. This book starts out full throttle and delivers one hell of an intense
ride until you reach the last page.
If you’re in the market for a cute romance with a lot of sweet melt your heart moments, you will not find it here … just move along. If you want a story that is full of drama, grit and total alpha man hotness with a splash of bad-ass biker babes, you will love this. This book delivers an honest and very candid look into the world of motorcycle clubs. They truly have a lifestyle that is all their own. They live by their own rules and have very loyal ties that they will defend at any cost.
This story is delivered to the readers in multiple points of views. Most of the story is from Marie’s, but there are crucial parts that are delivered from Horse’s. It adds a great layer of understanding to the story and helps us connect to the emotions and feelings of each character.
Marie and Horse do not meet under the most normal of circumstances. He is immediately pulled to her, and she is to him. Even though her mind keeps telling her she is crazy, her traitorous body refuses to listen. She is swept into his world without much of a choice, and has a lot to learn about this lifestyle. Their relationship happens quickly and you can’t help but root for them. Not only is the story about their relationship, there is a family drama, betrayal at the club, friendships, death, heartbreak, and an abundance of sexy bikers.
Horse is a character that is just easy to love. He is one of the good guys in this bad-ass world. He served his country loyally, he cares about his family, and he is faithful to his old lady. He is rough, hard and confident. He has a very honest and colorful vocabulary, but his heart is always in the right place. And, he always takes care of what is his.
Marie just amazes me with all that is thrown at her. She is sunk into a world completely foreign to her. She is confused and has no idea who she can trust and what she should do. She evolves into a strong, admirable lady without losing her true self in the process. She is sassy and feisty , but also very loyal to those she loves.
This book truly pulls at all your emotions. It’s intense, suspenseful, raw, edgy, funny, snarky, sad, heartwarming, and sexy. No, Sexy isn’t even close to describing this book, it’s just damn hot. I can’t wait to read more about this series and this MC. We are introduced to a lot of characters that are sure to have nothing but hot bikes and feisty women in their future. If you are a fan of erotic romance you will not want to miss out on this one. I seriously loved it!
