It takes more than a rock star to rock your world. Sometimes you need a friend.

McKenzie Wood is Australia’s star gossip mag journalist, and she’s just spied the story of a lifetime: rumor-shrouded rock star, Nick Blackthorne—who thinks he’s incognito at Bandicoot Cove resort. The word is Nick’s a sex addict about to come out of the closet, and who better to lure Nick out than her BFF, Aiden Rogers—a pulse-poundingly gorgeous firefighter who is always there when she needs him, no matter the challenge.

Aiden admits it’s pretty damned pathetic that he can rush into burning buildings, but not have the guts to tell McKenzie he’s in love with her. No way can he tell his best friend he’d like to do some seriously sinful things to her, especially since she’s never shown one iota of sexual interest.

Nick looks forward to some “unfamous” downtime in his home country. He’s surprised to find his creative muse stirred—more like brought to rigid attention—by a couple so sexy that all he can think about is the three of them. Together.

Three bodies move together as one, and the music becomes a smoldering beat that rivals the island’s heat. When the truth inevitably comes out, the heat might be enough to save three souls…or end up just another sinner’s lament.

Warning: One plus one plus one equals OMG sex, are-you-freaking-kidding-me orgasms and some serious mind-blowing climaxes.

Piper’s Thoughts:
Once again I have fallen in LOVE! Another story by Lexxie Couper that I did not want to end.

McKenzie, a writer for a tabloid and Aidan, a firefighter (HOT), have been BFFs since high school. They have been invited to the soft opening of the resort Mack’s friend is running. Aidan has been in love with Mack for a very long time, but has done nothing about it. He is her best friend and her rock.

While at the resort Mack notices that none other than Nick Blackthrone, the worlds most famous rock star, is at the resort as well. Nick is suppose to be fresh out of sex rehab and Mack wants to get the real story.

Nick is lost. Things have happened in life that has made the “music” in this rock star die. Nick encounters Mack and Aidan and he can not stop thinking about the couple. When he begins to “hear” the music again by thinking about the couple he knows that they may be the key to bringing him back to “life”.

I fell in LOVE with Mack, Aidan and Nick. I love a friends to lovers story and then you throw in a SUPER HOT rock star, what more could you want. When Nick does give Mack her story, it is not the story she thought she would get and I fell more in love with Nick (Nick’s story will continue in Lexxie’s next release Loves Rythem).

This was another Lexxie story that made me laugh and cry and of course true to one of the reasons I LOVE Lexxie, the sex is HOT HOT! This book is part of the Bandicoot Cove series, but you do not need to read the other books to enjoy this story. This is another great story by Lexxie about realizing your best friend is THE ONE and being a witness to finding true love can change your life.

Happy Reading!!
